How do I register for a user account?
1) Click the
Register link located under the navigation window on the home page
2) A registration page will appear.
Complete all the required fields
3) Click the
Submit button
4) If you have any errors the registration page will redisplay with the errors listed at the top of the page in red
5) If there are no errors you will receive notification of a successful registration
6) An e-mail will be sent to you identifying your User ID.
Please note: You will be notified via another email when you are able to access your eHealth application(s).
I am having trouble creating a password on my registration. Why won’t it accept it?
1) For
security purposes your password must meet certain requirements. Please ensure your password:
a. Does not contain your first name, last name or email address.
b. Does not contain the same character more than 3 times in a row.
c. Is between 8-16 characters in length
2) Your password
must also contain 3 of these 4 requirements:
a. Lower case letter (a-z)
b. Upper case letter (A-Z)
c. Number (0-9)
d. Special character (example: @,#,%,$)
I am having trouble creating questions and answers on my registration. Why won’t it accept them?
1) For security
purposes your questions and answers must meet certain requirements. Please ensure your questions and answers:
a. Do not contain your first name, last name or email address.

c. Are at least 4 characters in length
d. Are unique (no duplicate questions or answers)
I cannot find my organization within the list provided. What should I do?
1) Please select
Organization Not Listed
2) Continue completing the registration form and click
Submit.
How do I log into my eHealth applications?
1) Click the
Application Launch Pad link located under the navigation window on the left hand side.
2) Select the
Organization that you are representing from the drop down list.
3) You should see a list of eHealth applications that you have access too.
4) Click on the
Application link
5) You will be redirected to the application you have selected.
How do I recover my user id (I forgot my user id)?
1) Click the
Forgot User Id link located under the navigation window on the home page
2) Enter your
First Name
3) Enter your
Last Name
4) Enter your
E-mail Address
5) Click the
Send User ID button
6) Your user ID will be e-mailed to the address provided upon registration
How do I recover my password (I forgot my password)?
1) Click
Manage Profile link located under the navigation window on the home page.
2) The Log In to eHS Security Service Page will appear
3) Enter your
User Name – this was sent to you in an e-mail.
4) Click the
Forgot Password button
5) You will be provided with your four security questions.
6) Answer all four questions. You must use the exact spelling provided upon registration
7) Click the
Login button
8) You will be presented with a Change Password Screen
9) Enter your
New Password in the password field
10) Confirm the password by reentering it in the confirm password field
11) Click the
Change Password button
12) You will get a message that the Password change was successful
13) Click the
logout button to exit or click the
OK button to continue
How do I change my password?
1) Click

3) Enter your
User Name – this was sent to you in an e-mail.
4) Enter your
Password
5) Click the
Login button
6) You will be taken into your profile
7) Select the
Change Password Tab
8) Enter a New Password in the field provided
9)
Confirm Password by reentering the same password in the confirm password field
10) Click the
Submit button
11) You will receive notification of a successful password change. Your password change is effective immediately
12) Click
OK to continue working in the profile or click
Logout to exit
How do I change my security questions?
1) Click

2) The Log In to eHS Security Service Page will appear
3) Enter your
User Name – this was sent to you in an e-mail.
4) Click the
Login button
5) You will be taken into your profile
6) Select the
Security Questions Tab
7) Make any changes
8) Click the
Submit button
9) You will receive notification of a successful update. Your new security questions are effective immediately
10) Click the
Logout button to exit or click the
OK button to continue
How do I change my account details (name, email, primary role)?
1) Click
Manage Profile link located under the navigation window on the home page.
2) The Log In to eHS Security Service Page will appear
3) Enter your
User Name – this was sent to you in an e-mail.
4) Click the
Login button
5) You will be taken into your profile
6) Select the
Account Details Tab
7) Make any changes
8) Click the
Submit button
9) You will receive notification of a successful update. Your updated account details are reflected immediately.
10) Click the
Logout button to exit or click the
OK button to continue
