Frequently Asked Questions

Your password must meet the following requirements:

- between 8 to 16 letters long

- cannot contain your first name, last name or email address

- cannot contain the same character more than 3 times in a row

Your password must contain three of these four rules:

- lower case letter (a-z)

- upper case letter (A-Z)

- number (0-9)

- special character ie. (@ # $)

Security Question Policies

The security questions and answers will help you if you forget your password.

- Questions and answers are NOT case sensitive.
- Must provide 1 question selected from the pre-determined list and provide an answer.
- Must provide 3 personalized questions with answers.
- NO duplicate answers.
- Answers must be at least 4 letters long.
- Questions and answers cannot contain last name, first name or email address.
- Questions and answers cannot contain the same letter more than 3 times in a row.
